Guest Telephony & VoIP
Hotel telephony done properly — guest-room phones, reception and back-office extensions and SIP trunking, designed, installed and run as one managed service.
The room phone still matters — the moment a guest needs it.
Telephony is the system a guest reaches for when something is wrong — a call to reception, room service, or help at 2am. It also carries wake-up calls, emergency calling and the call accounting your PMS bills against. Run on ageing analog lines or a black-box PBX nobody documented, it fails quietly; designed properly, it just works and ties into everything else you run.

Do we keep our existing phone numbers?
Yes. We port your numbers to SIP so you keep them — usually at a lower line cost than legacy ISDN or analog trunks.
Can it integrate with our PMS?
Yes. Wake-up calls, room status, voicemail and call billing connect to Opera, Protel and other systems, so the front desk and the bill stay in sync.
Cloud PBX or on-premise?
Either — we're vendor-neutral. We size it to your property, your IT and your appetite for on-site hardware, and tell you honestly which fits.
Planning a new build, a refurb, or fixing what you have?
Tell us about the property and we'll come back with a clear, fixed-scope proposal.
