Network Design
A complete, vendor-neutral design for your property network — topology, access-point placement, a full bill of materials and a fixed price. Everything an installer needs to build it right.
A good install starts with a design — not a box of access points.
Networks fail in the design, long before anyone runs a cable. Access points placed by square metres instead of occupancy, no headroom for the next renovation, switching that can't carry the cameras you'll add next year — these are decisions, not accidents. A proper design fixes them on paper, where changes are free, and gives you a documented plan that any competent installer can build and that meets the technical standards your brand expects.
Designed, built and run — end to end.
A clear SLD showing how everything connects, from ISP to access point.
AP positions mapped to your floor plans for occupancy, not just coverage.
Every item specified — APs, switches, cabling and licences — to a fixed price.
Headroom designed in for future rooms, cameras and casting.
The design documented against the technical standards your brand requires.
A buildable plan any competent contractor can quote and deliver.
From survey to switch-on — and beyond.
We take your floor plans, brand requirements and any audit findings.
We design the network — topology, SLD and access-point placement.
We build the bill of materials and size it for future growth.
You receive a complete, documented design and a one-time fixed quote.
Specs, plainly.
Part of one connected property.
An honest, measured assessment of the network you already have — where it holds up, where it doesn't, and exactly what to do about it. Vendor-neutral findings, not a sales pitch.

Can we build the design ourselves or with our own contractor?
Yes. The design is yours — documentation, single-line diagram and bill of materials. It's deliberately written so any competent installer can quote and build it. You're welcome to bring us in to deliver it, but you're not tied to us.
What do you mean by brand-standard compliance?
Major hotel brands publish technical standards their properties must meet. We design to those requirements — Accor, IHG, Marriott or Hilton — and document the design against them, so the network passes brand review the first time.
Is the price really fixed?
The design engagement is a one-time fixed price agreed up front. The bill of materials gives you transparent hardware costs separately, so there are no surprises when it's time to build.
