Managed Wi-Fi
Hotel-grade wireless that just works — designed, installed and monitored as a managed service, not handed over and forgotten.
Guests judge a hotel by its Wi-Fi before they judge the bed.
A property full of concrete, lifts and hundreds of simultaneous devices is a hostile place for office-grade kit. Hospitality Wi-Fi has to hold up at full occupancy, follow the guest from lobby to room, and stay up when a line drops — because the front desk hears about it the moment it doesn't.

Can you use our existing access points?
Often, yes. The survey tells us what's worth keeping and what's quietly causing your dead zones — we're vendor-neutral, so the answer is honest.
Do guests need a password?
No — a branded portal handles sign-in, optionally tied to the booking through your PMS, in the guest's language.
What happens if the internet line goes down?
Automatic failover to a second ISP keeps guests online. We see the event on monitoring, usually before anyone at the desk does.
