Wi-Fi Audit
An honest, measured assessment of the network you already have — where it holds up, where it doesn't, and exactly what to do about it. Vendor-neutral findings, not a sales pitch.
You can't fix what you haven't measured.
Most guest-Wi-Fi complaints aren't a mystery once someone actually walks the building with the right tools. Coverage gaps hide behind concrete walls and lift shafts, capacity falls over at full occupancy rather than on a quiet afternoon, and a single ISP line is one cut cable away from a bad review. An audit replaces guesswork and finger-pointing with measured fact — so any spend that follows is aimed at the real problem.

How the network behaves at full occupancy, not just when it's quiet.
Single points of failure, ISP redundancy and what happens when a line drops.
Guest isolation, firmware, and how exposed back-of-house systems are.
A clear report you can act on or hand to any installer — prioritised by impact.
From survey to switch-on — and beyond.

Do we have to buy anything after the audit?
No. The audit is a standalone deliverable — a report you can act on yourself, hand to any installer, or bring to us for a design. We're vendor-neutral, so there's no pressure to buy a particular brand.
Will the survey disrupt our guests?
No. The survey is passive — we walk the building and measure. We schedule around occupancy and back-of-house areas so guests don't notice us working.
What do we actually get at the end?
A written report: a coverage heatmap, capacity findings, resilience and security observations, and a prioritised list of recommendations — what to fix first and what can wait.
